TK Projects and Consulting was founded by Andile Sibande, our current Managing Director. TK Projects and Consulting is a provider of property and infrastructure solution. The Company is a CIDB registered contractor with a Grading of 7CE and 7GB. Furthermore, the company is registered with NHBRC and DoL. This ensures that we meet the necessary standards and regulations in our work. Our accreditations demonstrates our competence and adherence to industry best practices. Being registered with relevant bodies allows us to work on government projects and demonstrates our credibility. Our operational team can operate in some of the most remote areas across South Africa and recently in Swaziland – to create, build and ensure quality for the future.

TK Projects and Consulting is able to undertake all aspects of the property implementation process and is able to offer a holistic and integrated solution from property development design, construction, project management and asset management. This wide range of capabilities ensure that the company is able to meet the demand of diverse range of project and client needs.
